Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
Cook them until soft. You don’t need to add water, if the kiwis are ripe, they let out water later.
Add sugar or salt. Add some salt to the kiwis, if they’re too sour, add approximately one spoonful of sugar to make them sweet and sour.
When the boiling water fully evaporates, use a masher or the back of a spoon to crush the baked kiwis. Blend the kiwis to fully soften them. You don’t need to strain them. Cook again on the stove to get rid of any extra water.
Evenly spread the puree on a tray and let the contents dry under the sun or in an oven.
