Soak the rice for 30 minutes. Soak the raisins and barberries. Drain them.
Chop one of the onions. Cook the chicken meat with 4 cups of water, spices, turmeric, and cinnamon for 30-40 minutes.Take the chickens out of the pot and sauté them.
Cook the lentils with 4 cups of water for 20 minutes and until they soften.
Add rice to the lentils. Add salt. After the rice turns Al dente, sieve it.
Place the chickens on top of the rice. Close the lid and let the rice steam for 40-50 minutes.
